Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before September 29, 2025 will receive back 75% of the registration fee less a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 29, 2025. Please note there is a processing time for all requests.
