One Day Passes are available for November 13 and 14th only.

Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before August 12 are eligible for a 75% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations received between August 12 and September 12 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 12. Refund requests may take up to 10 business days to process.

Certificates of Attendance – Delegates who require a Certification of Attendance after the conference has finished may request one by emailing registration@housing.ubc.ca.
