A limited number of conference bursaries are available to Patient / Community Partners and Students.
To be eligible for a bursary an applicant should be:
- A presenter or co-presenter of an abstract that has been accepted.
- Willing and able to attend the entire conference.
- Willing to volunteer for an additional role at the conference, such as contributing to a working group or chairing a session.
- Able to access matched financial support to cover their costs of conference attendance beyond the bursary.
All successful applicants will receive a complimentary conference registration. Applicants living in British Columbia outside the Lower Mainland may apply for an additional contribution towards travel and accommodation costs up to $500. Applicants living outside British Columbia may apply for an additional contribution towards travel and accommodation costs up to $2000.
Application deadline: 30 June 2025.
Successful applicants will be notified by 31 July, 2025. They will receive a code to permit them to register without charge. Applicants should not register until they have been informed of the outcome of their application.
