Lead (principal) authors (and co-authors where appropriate) are required to register for the conference. If a lead (principal) author cannot attend the conference, presentation by a co-author is acceptable.
If your abstract is accepted, your presentation must include an acknowledgement of all funding sources, particularly of a commercial nature and/or a notice of any actual or potential conflict of interest in relation to the findings to be presented.
You will be solely responsible for the cost of your registration fees, travel and accommodations. Students and patient/community members may be eligible to apply for bursaries to support participation in the conference. Bursary details will be outlined on the Patient’s Voice website.
Registration will open in April 2025. All presenters must register and pay for registration by the Early Bird deadline. All fees are shown and charged in Canadian currency and may include a 5% GST fee.
Peer Review: Submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee comprised of health professionals, patients and students.
No changes are permitted after the submission deadline, April 15, 2025.
